Needs 6 Stars! What an excellent company. They are top notch when it comes to their work, communication, and their pricing. We called MEPlumbing to come out and complete a job that another worker we hired installed incorrectly after working multiple days on our house. MEPlumbing came out and had everything in working order within a single day. Special thanks to Martin, Jacob and Brody for taking care of our needs. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostics before selling solutions. The team went above and beyond to resolve the primary issue. A separate issue was discovered that could have resulted in flooding, but was resolved.

ME Plumbing did excellent work on our home repairing a sewer leak under the foundation. There staff is professional and responded quickly. Our repair began on the Friday before the big snow event and we did not have water for several days which delayed any repair. ME Plumbing needed water to locate the leak. The owner of the Company was in daily contact with us to schedule a time to locate the sewer leak and repair. As soon as we had water a crew came and repairs began. They did an amazing job juggling schedules to get our home up and running. I would highly recommend them. Good group of people.

Johnny came out and evaluated and got me an estimate. Matt called and gave me the info for the quote. He showed up on time and was very professional. We agreed on the price, they came back on the agreed upon date and on time. He re plumbed my entire sewer drain system under my house, did a very good job and was very clean and professional with his work. Also his helper Brodie was very good and worked very hard as well.they did what they said they would do, at the agreed upon price. I am very satisfied with the work they did.i would do business with this company again without a doubt. Very professional outfit, and well managed.

Jacob was very professional. Explained everything that was going to be done. Matthew was very polite when he called to give me the estimates. He gave me 3 options, with the price for each one, and let my wife and I discuss each so we could make a decision.

It was time for maintenance for my water softener and RO Filter to be replaced. Jacob Thomason did an excellent job. He was very polite and professional. He also flushed the hot water heater. I am very pleased with the service.

My water softener didn’t seem to work properly and it was time to change filters on the osmosis system.

Had some issues in our shower. Problem solved. Professional and friendly. Owner and plumber, Jacob communicated clearly every step of way. Solved each problem step by step. We are super grateful and highly recommend.

We just came home from a trip out of town to find our water heater leaking and the utility room floor covered in water. ME Plumbing was recommended by my son so I called them about 1:30 PM on Good Friday afternoon. I figured they were all shut down to observe the day. They answered promptly and handled my request in a very professional manner. They sent Jacob H. out to my house and he quickly found the problem. By 7:00 PM he and his assistant had replaced our water heater and improved the plumbing that the builder had done very poorly. Everything they did was done in a professional manner with emphasis on quality workmanship. I’m singing in the shower tonight!

(5/5 Stars – Wish I could give 10!) I cannot recommend ME Plumbing in Seguin highly enough! We had an emergency situation that required an after-hours call, and they were there for us as fast as they possibly could be. Jacob and his partner (I feel terrible I can’t recall the other gentleman’s name!) were absolute professionals during the emergency visit. They didn’t just rush through the job; they took the genuine time to assess our problem and even stayed to answer several questions I had about other plumbing issues in our home. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Matthew, the Project Manager. While he didn’t come to the house personally, he was incredibly professional and helpful over the phone, making sure everything was coordinated perfectly. The team went above and beyond the call of duty. A few days after the initial emergency, they returned to install a pressure relief valve and an expansion tank. Our water pressure is finally exactly where it should be! What really blew me away was how affordable they are. They even offer payment plans, which is a lifesaver when unexpected home repairs pop up. If you want honest, professional, and high-quality work, look no further.
