ME Plumbing are great to work with. They are quick to respond to our service calls. Set-up appointments and show up to get the work done. The crews are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Performed drain clearing and repiping trap drains on restroom sinks at our Hays County ESD-3 main Fire Station. Arrived on time, courteous, professional and followed up with a phone call after completing the work.

Came when promised. Spent all the time needed to fix the issue.

Both Johnny, the plumber and Mason, his assistant were friendly and professional. Got the job done timely and made sure I was happy with everything they did before they left. They did great work.

I contacted ME Plumbing early Monday morning after leaving a message the afternoon before that I had a water break in the yard and had had to turn off the service to the house. (I was able to wait until Monday.) Carson, my technician, and his partner were out to check the situation fast and Martin, lining out the job and providing estimate options, kept in contact with me through the whole process. Everyone was so personable and professional, including Kelly who took my initial call. My leak was repaired quickly. I like having repair options with no pressure at all to pick any one over the others. I’m happy to have ME Plumbing to call and will certainly recommend them.

Had a very bad drain clog in shower and they came right out and took care of it. The drain is working great. Also, others have been out in past, and it would clog back up in a few months. very well pleased.
