I had a water leak in the over 500 foot shared easement to our property. Collectively, we have 5 waterlines in place and Daniel and George of ME Plumbing were able to sort out the location of the leak and repair it promptly without causing damage to the other 4 neighbors’ waterlines. Daniel and Martin were great with communication and explanation of the problem. I’m impressed with the rapid response and reasonable price!

I contacted ME Plumbing the next morning after arriving home late one night and noticed a burning smell coming from the Water heater. Turns out the element had overheated due to a leak and melted some of the plastic components inside.
The next day ME plumbing came out and when Ryan arrived he got right to work. Ryan was professional from the beginning and even carried a friendly conversation while working. Ryan would later return with a co-worker and they both promptly got to work.
I would checked in on Ryan on occasion while he worked in our warm garage and throughout the entirety of the job, Ryan maintained a professional and courteous demeanor.
Once they were done with the job Ryan gave me a firm handshake and thanked me. A true characteristic of what our society has lost today.

Saw water in the street and called city. City told me leak was on my side and turned off my water. M&E got someone out with the hour of when I contacted them. Matthew informed me main line (installed in 1935) needed to be replaced. Crew dug up the line that afternoon, and Matthew and Jayce were out early the next morning, installed the main line, and had our water back on before Noon. One wire to my irrigation system got cut during digging. M&E repaired it; made everything right. Great job! Very professional. I was particularly impressed by Matthew.
