Daniel and Jacob were very cordial and communicated the process and work extremely well. They hauled out and took away the old dishwasher and cleaned the area. They did a wonderful install and explained the procedures. They did final set up and leveling and ran a cycle to check for water leaks and function. They did a final cleanup, adjustments, and explanations as we started a clean cycle. We appreciated their work, instructions, and friendliness.

During our recent renovation, we hired Me Plumbing for all the necessary installations, and I was incredibly impressed. They handled the complete replacement of all the stops in our bathrooms, installed new faucets in both the bathrooms and the kitchen, put in our new kitchen sink and faucet, and installed a new disposal. The service quality and value were truly excellent. The team sent out Will and Trip, and they were outstanding—so kind, professional, and they kept their workspace incredibly clean. I had a water leak in the over 500 foot shared easement to our property. Collectively, we have 5 waterlines in place and Daniel and George of ME Plumbing were able to sort out the location of the leak and repair it promptly without causing damage to the other 4 neighbors’ waterlines. Daniel and Martin were great with communication and explanation of the problem. I’m impressed with the rapid response and reasonable price!

I contacted ME Plumbing the next morning after arriving home late one night and noticed a burning smell coming from the Water heater. Turns out the element had overheated due to a leak and melted some of the plastic components inside. The next day ME plumbing came out and when Ryan arrived he got right to work. Ryan was professional from the beginning and even carried a friendly conversation while working. Ryan would later return with a co-worker and they both promptly got to work. I would checked in on Ryan on occasion while he worked in our warm garage and throughout the entirety of the job, Ryan maintained a professional and courteous demeanor. Once they were done with the job Ryan gave me a firm handshake and thanked me. A true characteristic of what our society has lost today. Saw water in the street and called city. City told me leak was on my side and turned off my water. M&E got someone out with the hour of when I contacted them. Matthew informed me main line (installed in 1935) needed to be replaced. Crew dug up the line that afternoon, and Matthew and Jayce were out early the next morning, installed the main line, and had our water back on before Noon. One wire to my irrigation system got cut during digging. M&E repaired it; made everything right. Great job! Very professional. I was particularly impressed by Matthew.

Danial Garcia came to the ranch to check for our backed up plumbing. He did an outstanding job of figuring out what was wrong and how to fix it in the most cost-effective way. He did this in a couple of steps with prices for each step they were fair the work was good And I am greatly appreciative of his skill, listening, and communication M E Plumbing is great Danial is exceptional

Daniel and his assistant were very knowledgeable and thorough in completing the job. Answered a slew of questions I asked and were very informative.

Believe me I have never seen a more efficient company! They found a broken pipe under my hall bathroom. They showed me the photo of it and gave me a quote for the repair. The Best Plumbing I have ever seen in the Hill Country. Daniel and George are talented plumbers beyond their years. We bought this house over 20 years ago and always had problems. WE DO NOW! Martin also help with discounts for several items. They also pointed out where major problems were and how the plumbers back then were using incorrect pipe fittings and poor construction for the sewer system. These guys are great! They answered my call came out quick and got a very labor intense hard job done correctly and quickly. I would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing issues. Very easy to get a hold of very responsive explained the whole process and explained what would be billed for with each step. Hard workers and honest what more do you want than that especially these days. Great job!

Johnny & Jacob did an EXCELLENT job! Cannot recommend them enough. They made an overwhelming process (repiping the entire house due to multiple water leaks) very manageable and maintained great communication along the way. Very thorough and very knowledgeable team!

They came as scheduled and worked to find the source of the blockage. They found an old grease trap is connected to the sewer line which was news to us. Ther equipment located the blockage which is not on our property. We appreciate the estimates and details to help us work with the city, though they temporarily got the backup flowing.

Very responsive and reasonable company. Job was much more complicated than expected but they kept at it. Did not give 5 stars since in completing the work, the aftermath will cost me more to restore driveway structural integrity.

Matthew, and the gentleman that worked with him, were great. They came in, confirmed I would need a new water heater, went through a few other things in my home, and my options were given to me. They had my hot water heater replaced in no time, and I was able to work while they did it as they weren't disruptive at all. From the time they stepped on my property, to the time they left, they were respectful. They left everything as it was when they got here, except they put my wall back up for me, which I greatly appreciated. (They did ask first) Thank you gentlemen for making me feel so comfortable with such a huge ordeal. I was so stressed over this, and you guys made it so easy for me to understand and deal with.

Great service, reasonable rate, attentive personnel.

They did a great job and were polite and fixed a couple extra things while replacing my water heater. They had to dig into the backyard pretty deep to replace a water shut off valve, then they dug out the old one and the cement casing and hauled it all away.

These young fellows did a great job. Outstanding. Polite and professional. Very thorough. They even used the camera equipment. I will highly recommend their company.

The plumbers were very capable at solving the problem of hammering in the pipes. They replaced the toilet fixtures in the bathroom as well as the shower head and kitchen faucet in a very short time and all the new equipment is functioning properly. One comment would be the toilet height is a bit tall as my wife is short and we will probably need a step to make it more comfortable. Overall the hammering issue is gone so the mission was accomplished.

Extensive plumbing repairs were needed at my parent's rental property, and M&E plumbing was very transparent in their estimate about what needed to be done. Repairs were done in a timely manner and Service supervisor Robert was very helpful with all the questions I had. Finance options also made it easier to handle payments which made for an overall smooth experience.

I was very happy with everything thanks

Too often all we get is “bad” news, seems this sells better for our 1st amendment-protected journalist than “good” news. I wish to share good news regarding the experience I had with ME Plumbing in Seguin. My problem appeared simple. My second home in Luling had a sewer back-up. I examined my choices for the surrounding area and I contacted ME Plumbing as it appeared they are large enough to take on most any job but small enough not to have lost the personal connection with customers. We discussed the job and they quoted me a price. The price was “not the cheapest money can buy” but, my past experience is you get what you pay for. I feel I can speak on this subject with some authority as I am an Engineering graduate from Texas A & M University with 13 years experience at the General Motors Corporation and 30 years as a Senior Facilities Engineer at a semiconductor plant in San Antonio. Yes I was responsible for overseeing many contracted skilled trades including electricians, carpenters, pipe fitters, and plumbers. I wish I knew about ME Plumbing then! My simple 2 day job turned into a 10 day ordeal and I am glad I had ME Plumbing on my side. They brought additional equipment, additional man-power; all the time with a smile on their face and great sense of humor. Once the job was completed I tried to discuss how much the overage would be since the scope of work increased. THEY WOULD NOT HEAR OF IT! I paid what I was quoted. If you need plumbing work of any scale; do not pass on contacting ME Plumbing - a firm still doing business like it should be done. We contacted ME Plumbing for an issue with our water heater that occurred after normal business hours. We were impressed by how quickly the service manager responded and with the professionalism and expertise of the technician Mr. Sanchez. The cost was reasonable considering the urgency of the situation. Highly recommend!

M.E. Plumbing from Martin, the supervisor, to Taylor the Administrative Support, to Johnnie and Jason, the plumbers, this whole experience was smooth and professional. On a personal level they treated us like family constantly explaining what they were doing and how these steps will provide more plumbing confidence. They explained a maintenance plan for just $12 a month to check general plumbing, hot water tank drain, and septic line check, etc. We definitely recommend these plumbers ahead of any other company. We like the fact that they worked very fast, and their knowledge was impeccable.

Had a very hard install (lots of obstacles) on a fiberglass tub surround one piece, but the guys worked hard to get job done.

Very professional installation, all my questions were answered in full. I particularly liked the placement of the gas shutoff valve for the oven, in the event of a fire I can shut the gas off without having to move a flaming stove. Installers were professional and friendly, answering questions without being condescending.

We have had Joshua Benevides at our house like six different times, always does great work, replaced a water heater, broken water lines that the city of Seguin messed up, he came in the col and rain to repair it, backed up toilet you name it he is the man to go to we are old and disabled and him and his company are our hero’s . He enjoys working for this company so much and we are so grateful to them.
