It was time for maintenance for my water softener and RO Filter to be replaced. Jacob Thomason did an excellent job. He was very polite and professional. He also flushed the hot water heater. I am very pleased with the service.

My water softener didn’t seem to work properly and it was time to change filters on the osmosis system.

Had some issues in our shower. Problem solved. Professional and friendly. Owner and plumber, Jacob communicated clearly every step of way. Solved each problem step by step. We are super grateful and highly recommend.

We just came home from a trip out of town to find our water heater leaking and the utility room floor covered in water. ME Plumbing was recommended by my son so I called them about 1:30 PM on Good Friday afternoon. I figured they were all shut down to observe the day. They answered promptly and handled my request in a very professional manner. They sent Jacob H. out to my house and he quickly found the problem. By 7:00 PM he and his assistant had replaced our water heater and improved the plumbing that the builder had done very poorly. Everything they did was done in a professional manner with emphasis on quality workmanship. I’m singing in the shower tonight!

(5/5 Stars – Wish I could give 10!) I cannot recommend ME Plumbing in Seguin highly enough! We had an emergency situation that required an after-hours call, and they were there for us as fast as they possibly could be. Jacob and his partner (I feel terrible I can’t recall the other gentleman’s name!) were absolute professionals during the emergency visit. They didn’t just rush through the job; they took the genuine time to assess our problem and even stayed to answer several questions I had about other plumbing issues in our home. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Matthew, the Project Manager. While he didn’t come to the house personally, he was incredibly professional and helpful over the phone, making sure everything was coordinated perfectly. The team went above and beyond the call of duty. A few days after the initial emergency, they returned to install a pressure relief valve and an expansion tank. Our water pressure is finally exactly where it should be! What really blew me away was how affordable they are. They even offer payment plans, which is a lifesaver when unexpected home repairs pop up. If you want honest, professional, and high-quality work, look no further. ME Plumbing is officially our go-to service from here on out!

I own a duplex and had a water softener installed in both units. It took pretty much all day, but the work was done professionally. I am very pleased with the results.

The two guys did a great job!

Very professional installation, all my questions were answered in full. I particularly liked the placement of the gas shutoff valve for the oven, in the event of a fire I can shut the gas off without having to move a flaming stove. Installers were professional and friendly, answering questions without being condescending. Just had them back to replace my 40 yo hose bibs and put in a homeowner usable main water cutoff. The old cutoff was buried and of such poor quality the handle had rotted away! Installation went smoothly, and I was glad it was Carson hammering on the old hose bibs - I would have broken them off at the wall and had a very expensive mess, better to have the pros do it. I continue to be impressed with ME Plumbing.
