I live out of state and working with and trusting both Mathew and Carson was a great experience. They always let me know what was going on with my project and worked with my tenants to make it easy for everyone involved. I would recommend M.E. to anyone.

I had a septic issue that had gotten over my head. ME Plumbing was able to fit me into their schedule early and the crew they sent was great. Jose, Brody and Martin were peak professionals, answering my questions patiently and making sure I understood the situation. I never felt pressured for services I didn't need. On the contrary, they were able to find me savings and fully resolved my lateral line and broken clean out issues the same day. 10 out of 10 would recommned and use again. Great working with a dedicated local company.

They are very good to explain what they will be doing. They worked very hard and cleaned up after their selfs. Johnny was also very knowledgeable.

I had an issue with my watersoftner But Matthew and Jacob made me feel like i had options and not just one choice. They were able to take care of me the same day as well.

We needed a plumber to properly install our natural gas grill and having no luck, or interest, from a few in the area, we finally found ME Plumbing in Seguin.

The initial contact was with Kelly who was very professional and super friendly. ME Plumbing was a breath of fresh air when compared to all others. They took our information and scheduled one of their team, Carson Kelso & his teammate, Xavian, to stop by the next day to provide a free price quote & if accepted, begin the work.

Obviously we selected ME Plumbing.

They do what they promise and provide outstanding customer service (the best we’ve experienced in decades!) The office staff does a great job of communicating; even Matthew the service manager sets a great example of how talk to, and treat customers. All of the companies & contractors we’ve contacted in the San Antonio area could learn a lot from the pro’s at ME Plumbing in Seguin.

If you need a plumber, give them a shot. If you’d like a free lesson on what great customer service is, hire them and then listen & learn.

The company responded right away; no hidden fees, they tell you upfront what the cost is. Their plumbers stayed until early evening to see the work to completion.

Everyone that we worked with were very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant; from the office workers, the plumbers, to the manager. The work was done quickly, and actually came 2 days before scheduled! It was a good experience working with ME Plumbing.

Johnny Sanchez & Brody got right in there. Johnny diagnosed the problems & explained them to me & explained the repairs needed. Then they fixed them without skipping a beat!
