Our experience has been that regardless of who gets dispatched/sent to your home or business, the level of care you get is exactly the same as if Mike was taking care of it himself. Top notch customer care and the highest quality service, with honest prices and integrity. 2 days ago we had what appeared to be an emergency leak situation at the house, and Martin miraculously was able to fit us in that same day. They are so good, in such demand, and they take such great care of each of their customers, it didn't surprise me that they were solidly booked every day all day and initially weren't going to be able to fit us in for another 6 days. I was sort of panicking though.. the wet spot on the carpet had grown from 3 feet to about 1/3 of the room overnight, so Martin offered to fit us in after their regular business hours!! It was 💯 worth it to pay the extra fee for our peace of mind. I'm so SO grateful he did that. He sent us 2 incredibly professional, thorough and efficient, wonderfully kind young men -- Daniel and Derek who took extremely good care of us. Daniel especially went above and beyond for us, and I am just so grateful for his kindness, thoughtfulness and generosity. We were very fortunate that our problem turned out to be relatively minor, but there's no way we could have known that without them running their diagnostic tests etc to determine the source of the issue. They replaced 2 toilets, installed bidets, replaced bathroom & kitchen faucets, installed a new water softener and relocated an attic water heater with a new larger water heater. They were always on time and cleaned up afterwards. Their price was less than I expected and their lead technician, Daniel, kept us informed on the progress of the project. Excellent company.

Daniel and Jacob were very cordial and communicated the process and work extremely well. They hauled out and took away the old dishwasher and cleaned the area. They did a wonderful install and explained the procedures. They did final set up and leveling and ran a cycle to check for water leaks and function. They did a final cleanup, adjustments, and explanations as we started a clean cycle. We appreciated their work, instructions, and friendliness.
